1. Register
You must register in order to gain access to our services. After your registration is complete, you will be able to purchase calling credit, check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your personal PIN number. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please, keep this email for further reference. In addition, all personal information you provide to GMS Technology (UK) LTD, is protected according to our privacy policy.

2. Open the SoftPhone

Visit http://gms-technology.com , click at download button then download & install GMS PC2Phone dialer to your PC/Laptop.
Log in to your account after registration then buy calling credit in any combination £5 / £10 / £15. Once you purchase a calling credit, you will get user id and password in your email, enter this user id and password then you are ready to place your calls.

3. Place your calls
Simply enter your desired number then click at Dial button.

I have my mic plugged in correctly but it still is not working. What am I doing wrong?
The most common causes for this issue are incorrect settings for the computer’s soundcard software or incorrect connection of the microphone to the computer’s soundcard. Before beginning troubleshooting, make sure you are connecting the microphone into the microphone jack on your sound card. If you are not sure which jack is the microphone jack, please refer to your sound card or computer documentation. Next, verify the microphone is set to record sound. To do this, please use the following instructions:

	1.	Double click on the speaker icon in the System Tray to open the Volume Control.
	2.	Look for Microphone balance and volume slider. If you do not see it, click on the Options button, then click "Properties."
	3.	Ensure "Playback" is selected in the Adjust volume for box.
	4.	Scroll through the volume controls list and place a checkmark in the box for Microphone. Click "OK."
	5.	Place a checkmark in the box below Microphone if it is marked “Mute.” If the box is marked “Select,” uncheck the box. Click “OK.”
	6.	Click on the Options button, then click “Properties.”
	7.	Select Recording in the “Adjust volume for” box. Click “OK.”
	8.	Uncheck the box below “Microphone,” if it is marked “Mute.” If the box is marked “Select,” place a checkmark in the box.
	9.	Make sure that the microphone volume is up to at least halfway.

When I go to open the phone all the shows is a blank window?
The security settings for you browser need to be changed to allow the softphone program to run. Please follow the below steps:

	1.	Open the Control Panel with the Start Button on your machine.
	2.	Click the Internet Options icon
	3.	Click the Security Tab
	4.	Click on the Trusted Sites Icon
	5.	Click the Sites button
	6.	Type in gms-technology.com
	7.	Then click the Add button
	8.	Click off Require Server Verification checkbox
	9.	Click the Okay button to close the window
	10.	Restart your browser.
